Owh!! So now I see.. This is the reason why I need to practise old school music.. It's for 80's nite.. To be honest, I didn't like the songs at all when I 1st heard them. But after I have done the group session, I felt like it wasn't so bad at all.. Quite fun to play.. It's just that I need to practise more the reggae song.. need to FEEL more(I'm not used to reggae songs) |

classes r once a week but u can come over to practice if you like, but best if you have your own instrument so u can practice at home. Group (band) classes r also once a week. but v hv not start that in Subang yet. Probably will in August and planning to have it on a Sunday. |

Simply nice, my eyes are on the tremolo ones. I am like comparing guitar tremolo units on different guitars, do the whammy bars on the fernandes work like the ones on Ibanez, Washburn etc. that stays in position while vibrating. Are these Fernandes with tremolo pricy? whats the price range? |

For this particular song the music came first. The whole song was actually built upon that opening riff and added the lyrics afterward. I would record a backing track drums and guitars and work on the melody and lyrics.
There have been other songs where the vocals guided the chord progression too so its not really a fixed approach for me. It just depends on whether I come with a guitar riff or a vocal melody first. |
